RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
7-Day Easy Returns
We want you to love your Radhya Label purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged if:
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and labels are intact
- Item is in original packaging
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Products with missing tags or labels
- Items damaged due to misuse
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will arrange pickup or provide return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
- For COD orders, refund via bank transfer (please provide bank details)
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors (subject to availability)
- No additional shipping charges for exchanges due to size issues
